A half boneless duck drenched in tangy tamarind sauce, lightly battered and fried. Served with a mix of steamed fresh vegetables.
Tofu or Chicken Garden
Medley of fresh vegetable with choice of steamed tofu or sautéed chicken served with Chaba's own Thai peanut sauce.
Salmon Teriyaki
Fresh salmon steak steeped d in signature teriyaki marinade and grilled. Served with a mix of steamed fresh vegetables.
Pad Woon Sen
Glass noodle, shrimp, chicken, green pea, egg, carrot, snow pea, and scallion stir fried together.
Nua Massaman Curry*
Tender beef steak together with diced potato, onion and peanuts in coconut milk infused with a tangy play of red chili paste, coriander and cumin.
Scallop Green Curry*
Generous portion of fresh scallops in coconut milk flavored with green chili paste with bamboo shoots, green beans, red and green peppers, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
Salmon Shoo Shee*
Country style choo chee curry and coconut milk spice with herbs, pineapple, basil and select vegetable.
Thai Style Panang Curry*
Exotic Panang curry, coconut milk, Thai herbs, snow pea, sprinkled with sliced almond. Your choice of sliced chicken or beef.
Crispy Duck Curry *
The distinctive aroma and flavor of red curry is host to a garden of mixed vegetables, topped with deep fried boneless duck.
Orange Chicken
Golden battered sliced chicken breast sautéed in savory Thai orange sauce served atop a bed of steamed mixed vegetables.
